Resort Self Service Technology

How It Works

  • Guest or Member enters his/her room number or membership number into the kiosk
  • Guest or Member chooses his/her food and beverage items
  • Guest or Member selects pick-up or delivery option(place and time)
  • Order is sent wirelessly to the resort receipt printer (multiple printers or one central printer)
  • Order activity is uploaded into current POS system
  • Guest or Member signs receipt upon pickup or delivery

What We Do

COS Industries, sells, maintains and supports self service touch screen kiosks equipped with its proprietary self service ordering software. The kiosk can be placed on the golf course, by the pool, by the tennis courts, and/or around the club. These kiosks can be powered by solar technology when power is not accessible. The kiosk communicates through wireless technology when direct LAN/WAN connection are not possible. COS works with the resort to develop the appropriate installation strategy, customize the ordering system, upload the restaurant menus, and install the complete solution.
