COS Industries sells, maintains, and supports self service touch screen kiosks for food courts. The kiosk enables customers to order from multiple restaurants within a food court at once. COS's research team found that over 50% of families split up when they enter a food court. Parents are put in stressful situations while they try to please all their children.

How It Works
- Family approaches self service touch screen kiosk inside the food court area
- Family members can order from all the restaurants at once using COS's self service ordering technology
- Parent swipes his/her credit card once at the kiosk
- Orders are simultaneously sent to the restaurant, where the orders are automatically updated on the POS terminals or a receipt is printed at the restaurant
- Credit card information is automatically sent to the restaurant's payment gateway for processing
- Orders are either picked up by the family members at the individual restaurants or delivered to the family members at their seats
